The MFT 50mm F2.8 CA-Dreamer Macro 2X is the first lens with 2:1 maximum magnification being optimised for Micro Four Thirds (MFT) cameras. It equips with an APO design in which the chromatic aberration is eliminated. The built-in chip and motor allows aperture to be adjusted via the camera body. The compactness and lightweight also make this an ideal choice for macro and outdoor photography.
This new 50mm lens can reproduce 2:1 magnification of life-size images, showing extensive details of the object in high resolution. From tiny ant to larger dragonfly, you can capture it in one single lens.
The lens is engineered to suppress both longitudinal and lateral chromatic aberration across in-focus & out-of-focus areas. The APO design greatly reduces your post-editing time substantially especially in macro photography.
Being equipped with a CPU chip and motor, the aperture can be adjusted via the camera body. The focus magnifier would automatically be enabled, when rotating the focus ring, for easier focus control. The lens data can also be recorded on EXIF.
The MFT 50mm F2.8 CA-Dreamer Macro 2X is extremely compact and light in weight. It measures 79mm long and weighs only around 240g. It would be the perfect set up for outdoor shooting.

It features an apochromatic (APO) characteristic that chromatic aberration at both 'in-focus' & 'out-of-focus' is both invisible. This 100mm lens can cover full frame sensor size and focus from 2:1 magnification to infinity. The lens has a similar physical size to other 100mm Macro lenses in the market but its wider magnification range allows macro photographers to capture subjects at any sizes.
